Account Use
Resident accounts are intended for residents requesting barangay services, submitting reports, receiving announcements, and communicating with authorized barangay personnel. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and while using CivicServe.
Verification
Registration requires barangay review. Uploaded valid IDs, proof of residence documents, and address details may be checked before an account is approved, including automated file-integrity and known AI-generation metadata screening. CivicServe may reject or suspend accounts that contain false, incomplete, misleading, or unverifiable information.
Responsible Use
You agree not to submit fraudulent documents, impersonate another person, disrupt the service, upload harmful files, or use CivicServe for unlawful activity. Requests, reports, posts, and messages should be respectful and related to legitimate community or barangay concerns.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for activity submitted through your account. Notify the barangay administrator if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Service Updates
CivicServe may update features, forms, document requirements, and these terms as barangay processes change. Continued use of the system after updates means you accept the revised terms.
